This project highlights the severity of cross-unit water damage. A plumbing leak from a neighboring property saturated the drywall behind this laundry room wall creating a breeding ground for mold. Our certified team established negative air pressure containment, removed the contaminated materials safely, and structurally dried the shared framing to prevent the mold from returning.
